Both the church and ourselves are taking part in Doors Open Day on Sunday 16th September 10 - 2pm. A tour of both the church and the graveyard is included and it will be the last chance to see our museum exhibition, Schools in the District.

Speaker events start on Wednesday 19th September, 7pm for 7.30pm with Dr David Caldwell, The Lewis Chessmen. A flier detailing dates for all the speaker events will becoming round doors over the next few days.

Admission for our speaker events is members £1 and non-members £2. Why not become a member, it is only £5 per year?

There is now a path to the Community Orchard and enclosed settlement and we hope to produce a leaflet for this short, but scenic walk.
