What does the Community Council ever do for us?
Well, they organise events like the annual bonfire & firework display.

Well, they actively support the West Fife Villages art exhibition.
OK, but apart from the bonfire & firework display and the Art Exhibition, what does the Community Council ever do for us?
Well, over this last 12 months they gave cash donations to various local groups.

Well, they keep a sharp eye out on all planning applications and endeavour to represent the view of the community on contentious issues.

Well, they hold monthly open friendly meetings (apart from July and December) and everyone is made welcome and can have their say on any topic.

the Community Council ever do for us?
Well, any complaints from the community regarding matters that are the responsibility of Fife Council or other public authorities are dealt with by our Secretary who doesn’t take “no” for an answer.
OK, but apart from the bonfire and firework display, the art exhibition, giving donations, reviewing planning applications, organising open meetings and addressing complaints from the community, what does the Community Council ever do for us?
Well, members of the Community Council represent our Parish on the West Fife Villages & Coastal Community Forum, the West Fife Villages Community Projects Group and the Fife Constabulary South West Fife Community Engagement meetings.
OK, but apart from the bonfire and firework display, the art exhibition, giving donations, reviewing planning applications, organising open meetings, addressing complaints from the community and taking an active involvement on other West Fife committees, what does the Community Council ever do for us?
Well, we issue a “Welcome Pack” containing useful local information, to all new residents in the Parish.
OK, but apart from the bonfire and firework display, the art exhibition, giving donations, reviewing planning applications, organising open meetings, addressing complaints from the community, taking an active involvement on other West Fife committees and issuing Welcome Packs, what does the Community Council ever do for us?
Well, I am running out of space and there are lots of other things that your Community Council get up to...
