Vulnerable Premises

Over the past number of days there has been an increase in vandalism at premises in the South West Fife Village area. This includes schools, community centres, sports centres and health centres.

This is a financial drain on local resources and will have an impact on the funds available to local community projects or potentially prevent a service such as health centres from opening.

Kev and I or our colleagues cannot check the premises continuously and would ask that if you see any person/s on the roof of any local premises or anyone that appears to be causing damage then a call is made to police via 101.

Hopefully with this information we can allocate a police unit to attend and prevent any further damage occurring / apprehend those responsible.

Lastly if you believe that any person on or near a premise is in any danger the incident can also be reported through the 999 system.

Your help is appreciated.

Kind regards,

Kev and Ian        (local community ward officers, SWF Villages)
