Community Mapping Project, etc.

posted 14 Jan 2016, 09:10 by Ian Holmes-Lewis   [ updated 9 Jun 2016, 17:14 ]
Julie Wesencraft is currently working on a Community Mapping project in the Dunfermline and surrounding areas.

Community mapping is simply using maps and post-it notes to capture what people think is valuable in the places they live and work.

It is about recognising local resources, strengths and abilities that exist across the communities, places and people.

The initial meeting is in Saline Church Hall between 10 and 12 on Wednesday 20th January 2016.
